Welcome to the Main Page for the LEAF (Linux Embedded Appliance Framework) project Wiki.
At this time the main purpose of this Wiki is to host a set of documentation for the new Bering-uClibc 4.x branch / release of LEAF, and for forthcoming branch Bering-uClibc-next. Version 4.1.1 was released on 7 Dec 2011 and further updates are currently under developement.
This Wiki is divided into five main "books".
Three of these relate to Bering-uClibc 4.x which is the current stable release of Bering-uClibc:
- Bering-uClibc 4.x - Overview
- Information about the development history and status
- Bering-uClibc 4.x - User Guide
- Information about installation and configuration
- Most readers will want to start here
- Bering-uClibc 4.x - Developer Guide
- Information for people developing changes to Bering-uClibc 4.x
Two other books relate to Bering-uClibc-next which is the experimental branch with a reworked toolchain and was started in October 2011:
