The radvd package provides for "stateless" configuration as per RFC 2462 / RFC 4862.
What about "stateful" configuration as per RFC 3315, otherwise known as DHCPv6?
Seems that the "dibbler" software might a good choice for that: http://klub.com.pl/dhcpv6/
