build uClibc with nftw interface enabled

updated gcc in toolchain to 4.8.2

updated binutils in toolchain to 2.24

build packages with CFLAG -Os as default

new toolchain armv6zk-unknown-linux-uclibcgnueabi; that means support for Raspberry Pi.
